My story
From educator to consultant.
Beginning as a science teacher in Quebec schools, I have spent the last sixteen years at the intersection of education, instructional design, and behavioural change. Today, as a consultant and learning strategist, I help organizations transform complex expertise into clear, engaging experiences that drive lasting adoption and measurable performance.
I apply a UX research and design mindset to every project, treating employees as active "users" of knowledge. I partner with technical experts and leadership teams to structure deep knowledge into practical, application-focused curricula — shifting the focus from content delivery to hands-on learning and intrinsic motivation. The result is internal training that produces permanent, measurable behaviour change rather than information overload.
In addition to international consulting work across six languages, I also help individuals. Applying my coaching certifications from the UC Davis and my experience with FranklinCovey, I help individuals develop professional tools and achieve success in their projects.
